35-year-old private hospital director shot dead in Patna
NEW DELHI: A 35-year-old woman, Surabhi Raj, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen at a private hospital in Patna on Saturday, police said.
Surabhi Raj was the hospital's director located in the Agamkuan area, said Atulesh Jha, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Patna City-1. He clarified that she was not a doctor at the hospital, according to news agency PTI.
"The Agamkuan police station received a call that a woman was shot inside the hospital at around 3.30 pm. When the police team reached the spot, she was found in a pool of blood with multiple bullet injuries. She was immediately admitted to the ICU of the hospital. Later, she was shifted to Patna AIIMS where she died in the evening," the SDPO said.

The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, the official said.
The police are still working to determine the motive behind the incident. "The police team is collecting evidence from all angles. Investigation is underway," he added.
