In the 8th inning of the match, the Boston Red Sox hitter, Jalen Duren, tried to score when Rafael Devers was going for a single from the center. However, when Duren was about to reach home, the Twins catcher Ryan Jeffers tagged him just before the hitter reached the plate.
What was definitely an out, was called as safe by home plate umpire Bill Miller. However, a review was taken, which clearly showed Duren as out. While the news traveled fast in the Fenway Park, fans started booing him.
Amidst all this chaos, Miller forgot to switch off his mic, and his self-criticizing words were caught on Live.
“F***k! F***k saw that too. God dammit!”

There have been multiple cases where umpires have made continuous wrong calls leading to players’ showing their frustration on the field.
