Megan Olivi is a well-known name in the field of MMA. An UFC reporter and correspondent, Olivi has had an exclusive front row seat in experiencing the promotion’s internal operations for over 10 years now. She has met and worked with fighters like Jon Jones, Conor McGregor, Ronda Rousey and others. Megan Olivi and Mike Bohn talk about the future of rankings across different divisions of the UFC

In a recent podcast with Mike Bohn titled “The Bohnfire”, Megan Olivi talks about her experience and insights upon the expected hierarchy of rankings within the light heavyweight division post-UFC 313. Upon asking about Olivi’s opinion on the UFC 313 main card, she said,
“I'll probably remember it as the fight that Magomed Ankalaev defeated Alex Pereira. Whether it was the fight people wanted it to be in terms of how he won or lost, it's still what happened. At least on the judges’ scorecards there and I think it was a big deal I felt like Alex didn't seem like himself um out there but I think Ankalaev did exactly what he needed to do. he did exactly what it took to get a win and a victory. And it felt like he didn't need to necessarily rely on his grappling that much because his striking was working. And whether that was because Alex was wary of the grappling and nervous of it, while he was on the feet or whatever it may be it still ended up working for him.”
