Imagine waking up to find your car gone... and instead of freaking out, you post a message to the thief offering a no-charges deal and end the day by trolling them with a Paw Patrol meme. That’s exactly what Eagles star A.J. Brown did. In true Philly fashion, the wide receiver kept his cool, warned the culprit to do the right thing, and within hours, the stolen car was found in Camden. Moral of the story? Don’t mess with Philly and definitely don’t mess with No. 11.
A.J. Brown revealed his car was stolen overnight and told the thief to return it with no consequences
On Monday morning, Brown posted (and later deleted) videos on Instagram and X revealing that his car had been stolen around 3:45 a.m. in the Philadelphia area. Security footage showed the thief pulling up at 3:42 and rolling out by 3:45, just three minutes flat.
“You’re fast on your feet,” Brown said in the video, sounding more amused than angry.
Instead of demanding justice, he made an offer: just bring the car back, and he wouldn’t press charges.
“I’ll make a deal with you, bro,” he said.
“Just bring the whip back… and you can go on about your day.”The Eagles wide receiver confirmed the car was recovered just hours later and didn’t hold back with the trolling
It didn’t take long. Just a few hours after his public message, Brown updated fans with another video: the car had been found by police in Camden, New Jersey. And this time, he was definitely feeling himself.
“I told you to just turn the car back in,” he said
. “Now you’ve got to deal with the consequences, man.” Then he shared a hilarious dad moment: while he was talking to the cops, his son pointed at the scene and shouted, “Paw Patrol!” Brown ran with the joke, changed his X profile photo to
Chase (the animated police pup), and even dropped a thumbs-up emoji to seal the troll.
This isn’t just a one-off. A bunch of Philly athletes have been targets in recent years. Former Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson had his car stolen after a playoff win in 2023. DeSean Jackson lost his Hellcat in L.A. Flyers legend Claude Giroux? Had
two cars stolen in four months in Ottawa. The FBI even issued a warning in late 2024 about burglars targeting professional athletes across leagues.
Clearly, someone’s got athletes on the radar and Philly fans are tired of it.

That ain’t him dawg: Fans in disbelief after shocking mugshot of ex-NFL star Justin Blackmon surfaces onlineWhether it was his Rolls-Royce or his trusty Honda Accord (he didn’t say), A.J. Brown wasn’t about to let someone just run off with his ride. Instead, he handled it like a pro: half vigilante, half viral king and reminded everyone not to underestimate an Eagle with receipts.
And next time a car gets stolen? Don’t call the cops. Call Paw Patrol.
