“Disrespectful”: Fans thrashed Sauce Gardner for low-key trolling Josh Allen over Hailee Steinfeld’s steamy movie scenes

Instead, Gardner raised eyebrows with a comment about Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen’s fiancée, actress Hailee Steinfeld, and her new film Sinners.

Hailee Steinfeld’s performance in Sinners, which features intimate scenes with co-star Michael B. Jordan, has been a major talking point across social media. Wanting to show solidarity with Allen — or so it seemed — Gardner tweeted, “Out of respect for my dawg Josh, I will not be going to see Sinners.”

While Gardner likely believed he was being considerate, his message didn’t land the way he may have intended. Despite the swirling controversy, Josh Allen remains firmly supportive of Hailee Steinfeld’s career. Speaking about Sinners, Allen said, “It was awesome. It was a different world. Very cool experience, I’m so excited for her, and so proud of her and it’s getting some great reviews. It’s a fantastic movie, so go watch it.”
