Donald Trump’s health compared to Super Bowl champ A.J. Brown as the President is declared “fully fit” to serve as commander in chief

Donald Trump's recent physical exam, conducted by Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, declares him "fully fit" for presidential duties, showcasing a 20-pound weight loss since 2020. Despite perfect cognitive test scores and claims of an active lifestyle, his reported height and weight have sparked social media skepticism. The report arrives amidst age-related debates surrounding political figures.

Donald Trump, the 78-year-old US President, has been deemed "fully fit" to serve as Commander-in-Chief, according to a comprehensive physical exam released by the White House on Sunday. Conducted by his physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, the assessment shows a notable improvement in Trump’s health metrics, despite his age.

Social media can’t handle Donald Trump’s bizarre NFL-style medical report linking him to A.J. Brown

The physical, held on Friday, marked Trump’s latest check-up ahead of what could be another intense election season. Barbabella stated that Trump’s “active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly” to his current state of health. The report also noted a weight of 224 pounds, showing a 20-pound drop since his last presidential physical in 2020, where he was bordering on obesity. With his body mass index now at 28.0—down from 30.5—Trump officially shifted from the "obese" to the "overweight" category.

In a three-page summary, Barbabella concluded that Trump is “fully fit to execute the duties of Commander-in-Chief and Head of State,” a statement that has drawn both support and skepticism in equal measure.
Adding intrigue to the medical results was Trump’s perfect score on cognitive tests, which were reportedly part of an extensive five-hour evaluation. The president emphasized the rigor of the process, saying he had taken “every test you can imagine.” The results further praised Trump’s participation in golf, citing his “frequent victories in golf events” as a reflection of his continued physical engagement.

However, not everyone is convinced by the numbers. Critics and social media users have taken issue with the reported height and weight figures, particularly after comparing Trump’s stats with professional athletes. One viral post came from influencer Harry Sisson, who wrote, “Donald Trump’s new physical claims he’s 6’2 and 224 pounds. For comparison, this is A.J. Brown - a wide receiver for the Eagles. He’s 6’1 and 227 pounds. I’ll let you decide if they look similar.” The post, featuring photos of the muscular NFL star next to Trump on a golf course, quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of views.
The visual comparison raised eyebrows, with many struggling to reconcile Trump’s reported weight with his appearance. While some defended the figures by pointing out the density of muscle mass in athletes like Brown, others dismissed the numbers altogether, adding fuel to long-standing debates around transparency in presidential health disclosures.
Despite the backlash, Trump’s health report arrives at a politically strategic moment. With age becoming an increasingly debated issue—especially as former President Joe Biden, now 82, remains in the public eye—the confirmation of Trump’s fitness offers his camp a narrative advantage.
While questions about the authenticity of his reported stats remain, the official medical summary leaves no ambiguity about one thing: Trump is medically cleared and, as per his physician, ready to continue his term in the Oval Office.
