Shannon Sharpe under fire after resurfaced clip shows $30K wedding limit for daughters while offering $10M settlement to Jane Doe

Shannon Sharpe has been going through a hard time ever since he got sued for a whopping $50 million after a young woman accused the NFL legend of sexually assaulting her. While Shannon Sharpe has strongly denied any claims of sexual assault and claims their relationship was “100% consensual”, the NFL legend is still getting trolled by fans. Now, an old video of Shannon Sharpe has resurfaced, and the NFL legend is getting brutally mocked by fans.


Last year, Shannon Sharpe hosted Chad Johnson on his popular Night Cap podcast. In this episode, the two had discussed how much they would spend on their childrens’ weddings.
Shannon Sharpe, who has two daughters, revealed he gave his daughters a limit of $30,000 to spend on their wedding.
Shannon Sharpe said, “You got a budget, I don’t care what you do after that”. As Chad Johnson asked him about the budget, Shannon Sharpe revealed it was $30,000.
As Chad Johnson asked him if one can really have a wedding by spending a total of $30,000, Shannon Sharpe said, “I dont care what you can have, I ain’t the one getting married. I dont give a damn…”
Shannon Sharpe then went on to joke that his daughters can serve spaghetti and fried fish at their weddings. The video has now resurfaced and fans are shocked by his budget for his daughters’ weddings.

A few days ago, Shannon Sharpe’s representative, Lanny J. Davis had revealed that the NFL legend was ready to spend “at least $10 million" to settle the case before she sued him.
But that is not all; a few days ago, Shannon Sharpe posted the texts exchanged between him and the young woman to prove their relationship was “consensual”. One of the texts that Shannon Sharpe claims was sent by the woman, read as, “I know you miss this juicy a*s…$25k for each cheek”.


Now, fans are furious at him. A fan took to X and posted, “this is nasty f**king work. told his DAUGHTER the budget for her wedding was $30k .. meanwhile he offered that little white girl (who is younger than his daughter, btw) TEN MILLION DOLLARS. yall's uncle deserves all the shit coming his way. what a d**khead.”

Another fan wrote, “Shannon Sharpe dumb ass really thought he could try to settle for TEN MILLION & thought public perception would side with him”, while a third fan commented, “Shannon Sharpe gave his young jump off 10M but told his daughter she can't go over 30K for her wedding 🙂‍↔️”
Another user commented, “25K per cheek but scrimping on his daughter’s wedding. Nasty work man”.
Shannon Sharpe is yet to react to the conversations around his daughter’s wedding budget even though he has strongly denied any claims of sexual assault.
