The former NHL player, Paul Bissonnette, posted a video of the incident on his X account. In the video, he spoke at length about the incident. As per his video on X, Paul Bissonnette was enjoying his dinner at the restaurant when he suddenly heard people fighting at the bar.
Apparently, a group of men had gotten into an argument with the restaurant’s management team because one man was being asked to leave.
Paul Bissonnette spoke about how the manager of the Houston restaurant was "stunned" since it was a family restaurant. The former NHL player quickly realised there was no one else who would step up so he took matters into his own hands.
