WWE Bad Blood 2024 is one of the biggest events of this year, and is set to feature some heavy hitting matches. However, there was a considerable amount of speculation on which fight was scheduled to be the main event, and finally reports suggest that a main event for the PLE has been finalised.
Bad Blood 2024 will be held on October 5, 2024 and is set to feature five matches, each of which are expected to have significant impacts on the on-going storylines in WWE.
So, here’s everything you need to know about main event for the PLE.
Which match is the main event for WWE Bad Blood 2024?
As revealed by PWInsider, the match between Cody Rhodes and
Roman Reigns, against The Bloodline is set to be the main event for the WWE Bad Blood 2024 PLE. This match is a part of the ongoing Bloodline civil war and it’s possible that it won’t see a clean finish at all. Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu will take the war to Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.

It’s also expected that Randy Orton and Kevin Owens will be in their corner, and this could also be a start to a feud between Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes. So, it will be interesting to see how things pan out during the match. It’s also worth noting that this tag-team match wasn’t scheduled to be the main event at Bad Blood, but it was a last minute change. Prior to this, reports suggested that the Hell In A Cell match between Drew McIntyre
and CM Punk was supposed to be the main event.
This foreshadows two major points about the main event. First of all, the main event will not have a clean finish at all, because WWE Creative wouldn’t want to end Bad Blood on a high note with this feud. Even if the match works out in Cody and Roman’s favor, then they’ll have some backup which will help them equalise the numbers game when it comes to the Bloodline in the WWE.
While the Punk McIntyre feud might come to a close with the Hell In A Cell match, the Bloodline civil war is just starting.
