WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event 2024 Streaming Details: How to watch, date and more

WWE is bringing back the iconic series Saturday Night’s Main Event as recently confirmed by WWE’s parent company TKO Group Holdings and the broadcasting network NBC. The excitement for the show is higher as the premium live event’s return would add up to more engaging content potentially complementing the narratives of other brands in WWE. The company has also revealed the return premiere date and a lot of details of the show.
Saturday Night’s Main Event is coming to NBC with more premium, primetime wrestling content for global fans of WWE.Viewers will be able to catch the live event on NBC and Peacock. But the fans who are willing to join the crowd in the audience need to keep track of the tickets as the ticket sale will go live on Friday, September 20, 2024, while the presale begins on Thursday.

The show will take place at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island, N.Y., at the exact location of the first-ever Saturday Night’s Main Event which debuted back in 1985.
TKO Group Holdings and NBC announced that Saturday Night’s Main Event specials will be aired on Saturday, December 14, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and will be streaming on Peacock. The event has been planned to be broadcast quarterly.

The beginning of the event started to fill the timeslot of sketch comedy Saturday Night Live. During the show’s run, several home to cage matches, battle royal matches, tag team matches featuring legendary wrestlers including Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Cody Rhodes, John Cena, Dave Bautista, Roddy Piper, and more. The show ended in 2008 after 11 seasons.
With its return, the expectations have been exceptionally high among fans as it has the potential to feature several superstars currently signed in with WWE across three brands. WWE has already released the first promo video for the show which features Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes, and several other superstars hinting at more action filling the highly anticipated event. With Triple H being in the creatives, WWE may pull off the popular event with another run with astonishing prowess potentially adding a retro theme and bringing some iconic Hall of Famers in the show’s first episode in the upcoming season.
