Xiaomi India has introduced an AI-enabled customer support centre. With this move, Xiaomi becomes the first smartphone brand in India to provide support in 11 regional languages, enhancing accessibility for its diverse customer base. The company claims that the customer support centre will offer end-to-end customer support.
The new AI-powered infrastructure enables 24x7 assistance across chat and social media channels, ensuring quicker resolutions through a three-level escalation matrix. The facility is designed to accelerate service rollouts, improve response times, and leverage adaptive AI learning to refine customer interactions.
Building on the sign language support introduced last year, Xiaomi continues to innovate with features like live video assistance for TV repairs and video demos for flagship smartphones. These advancements reflect the company’s vision for next-gen customer care, setting a new industry standard in service accessibility.
The initiative aligns with Xiaomi’s global “Human × Car × Home” smart ecosystem, which integrates personal devices, smart home products, and automobiles for a seamless user experience.
