The Supreme Court on Monday appointed senior IPS officer Damayanti Sen (Spl IG, CID West Bengal), who had solved the Park Street gang rape case, to directly supervise the investigation into the mysterious disappearance of Indian Museum preservation officer Sunil Upadhyay.
