          Jofra Archer is believed to be one of the most promising all-rounders in English county cricket. Archer made his first-class debut in July 2016 during Pakistan's tour of England. He played his first List A game against Gloucestershire in the 2016 Royal London One-Day Cup.

          Archer boasts of four scalps on his first-class game against Pakistan before earning an over of five-wicket haul in a Royal London Cup. He was playing with the team without a contract because of a back injury, but Sussex quickly secured to sustain him longer.

          Archer grabbed eyeballs when he broke into Sussex's Championship side in the latter half of 2016, making his debut in all three formats and took 35 wickets in all, 23 of them at 30 runs apiece in Division Two of the Championship to bring cheer to a mundane Sussex season.
