Sometimes, we just want to dance with only a few people. Or even better, dance alone and that too on our own tunes. However, finding a good place to loosen up and chase the blues away can prove to be a hard job. Lucky for you, Delhi has found a solution to this problem!
Going by the popularity of ‘break-up song’ which featured in the Bollywood caper Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, West Delhi’s Punjabi Bagh locality has come up with a bar with the same theme. So, to get you in a steady groove, you are given a pair of neon LED headphones, and you can pick songs from any of three channels to suit your mood—EDM, Sufi or Bollywood.

As you turn on the tune, a specific colour to match with the theme will let others around you know what mood you are in! Sounds so cool, no?
Like the silent garba concept embraced by Mumbai, the novel idea of having a silent disco by Headphones Café in Delhi is finding enough takers in the market. Plus, there is hardly any noise pollution here.
The ambiance is fairly good, and the food is not disappointing; the menu is mostly made to suit the palate of Punjabi residents living in the area. Go for safe choices like chicken tikka, Amritsari fish, paneer tikka and fish finger Amritsari. The cocktails are worth trying.
