Verbal spat ends with wife dead, husband injured and flat gutted in Gujarat's Ahmedabad

A verbal spat left a woman dead, her husband injured and her house on fire at Godrej Garden City in Chandkheda area of Gujarat's Ahmedabad. The wife had allegedly served cold bread to her husband for breakfast, sparking the fight. The couple was identified as Anil Baghel, an executive engineer with a Korean firm and his wife, Anita, who worked as a designer with a tiles manufacturing firm. The fight between the couple took place around 8. 40am, said neighbours.
