Actor-director Nav Bajwa doubles up as gymnast

While people take the gym route to attain fitness levels, actor-director Nav Bajwa tested his abilities/strength through gymnastics. He recently set a 40-day target to get in shape and pursued difficult skills and tricks in gymnastics. Nav mentioned that despite too much work he's looking to give at least two hours daily to carry on with his fitness regimen. He attempted various techniques to show strength, coordination, flexibility and balance, which are vital in gymnastics.
