J-K: Registration process of Service Providers underway for ‘Amarnath Yatra’ at Pahalgam

The registration process of Service Providers for Holy Amarnath Yatra 2022 is going in full swing at the Pahalgam area in Anantnag, J&K. The registration process includes Ponywallas, Pithoowallas, Palkiwallas. Animal Husbandry Department has also established a camp regarding the health check-up of ponies as well as the progress regarding the insurance for ponies. The ponies are being insured to protect the owner against loss of earnings and mitigate capital losses. The annual ‘Amarnath Yatra’, which is going to start from June 30, will provide livelihood to thousands of Locals in Kashmir.
