She also featured in The World's 100 Most Powerful Women list in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Roshni Nadar is also a trained classical musician and is the Chairperson of HCL Technologies. Roshni Nadar Malhotra is also engaged in various humanitarian initiatives. She set up 'The Habitats' trust in 2018 to protect India's natural habitats and indigenous species. The 38-year-old Roshni Nadar is the only daughter of HCL founder Shiv Nadar.
