Nominations invited for Alert Being Awards 2024

CHENNAI: ALERT, a voluntary non-profit organisation, has invited nominations for the eighth edition of ALERT Being Award, an annual event to honour people and organizations who have acted in favour of saving or preserving or who have enabled human life with its dignity.
Nominations for the Alert Being Awards are open for Good Samaritans in India. The last date of nomination is on Dec 20, 2024.
The shortlisted awardees will be honoured at the Alert Being Awards 2024 ceremony in Chennai in February 2025.
This prestigious award honours Good Samaritans who have saved lives during emergencies, recognizing their courage, compassion and exemplary service to humanity.
The awards will be presented in different categories: Individual, Organization, individual – going beyond call of duty and organization – social venture shortlisted from the nominations by the Jury.
Also, ALERT confers icon and lifetime achievement awards to individuals or organisations who have created impact at scale and have served humanity their entire life. This year ALERT Being Awards will be presented to 10 Good Samaritans nationally who have saved or preserved lives during emergencies.
