Treat for the literature enthusiasts!

The previous weekend was a sure treat for the literature enthusiasts in town.
The Indian premier of M Tennessee Williams’ timeless play A Streetcar Named Desire by Seema Azharuddin, Bhumika Chawla Thakur, Shrikanth Iyengar as the lead cast was a pleasure to watch. It was a three-hour long Broadway styled production which saw a good turn out on both the days of its dramatisation.
The Governor of state ESL Narasimhan took out time to watch the play too. Mala Pasha, Vijay Marur, Mohammad Ali Baig, Ashok Kumar Harkara, Kiran Krishnamoorthi, Natasha Chandra were some of the known theatre lovers who were glued to their seats till the end.
