Fans of Bollywood superstar
Shah Rukh Khan rushed to the Jeddah Waterfront area to catch a glimpse of the actor shooting his next film 'Dunki'.
According to viral tweets, a huge crowd of ecstatic fans assembled at the shooting location to watch their favourite star in action as he shot a portion of the
Rajkumar Hirani directorial. A fan tweeted, " Taking pictures and videos are not allowed as per the current scenario."
Other fans at the location were requested by
SRK fan clubs not to share photos from the shoot online, to help the actor surprise his audience when the film releases next year.
"A sincere request to all the #SRK fans from #Jeddah #SaudiArabia to not share any pics from the sets of #Dunki. The team is working extremely hard, let’s contain our excitement and wait for the film to release and enjoy it together," read the viral tweet.
Some fans, however, shared a few clips of the crew members getting ready for the shoot. Another video featuring a silhouette, claims that SRK was seated in his car as he waited to shoot his scene.
Meanwhile, far away from the sets, fans spotted the Bollywood Badshah maintaining a low profile as he took a round in a supermarket, scanning the food and beverage aisles for goodies to buy.
After wrapping up work on 'Pathaan', SRK began work on 'Dunki'. He is also shooting for Atlee's 'Jawan'. All three films are reportedly eyeing 2023 releases.
