'Dragon' composer Leon James completes work for 'Endi Vittu Pona' song on the day of his father's demise

Director Ashwath Marimuthu's 'Dragon' starring Pradeep Ranganathan is set to release on February 21. The film's latest single, 'Endi Vittu Pona', sung by Silambarasan, has been dedicated to composer Leon James' father, who passed away during final mixing. Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, 'Dragon' starring Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead role, also features an ensemble cast, including KS Ravikumar, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, and Anupama Parameswaran. With music composed by Leon James. The romantic drama is set to release on February 21. while a couple of tracks 'Rise of Dragon' and 'Vazhithunaiye' have already been released. The makers have unveiled the third single titled 'Endi Vittu Pona', and Silambarasan has sung the song to make his contribution as a singer to Ashwath Marimuthu's directorial. Meanwhile, director Ashwath Marimuthu has revealed Leon James' dedication to the song as the composer worked on finishing the final mixing despite his father's loss.

Director Ashwath Marimuthu took to social media to write "Leon’s father passed away yesterday early morning as the final mix of the song was happening. It was a shock! I asked him if we could push the song release but he said no Macha let’s stick to the ‘TIME’ that we have promised. It was very emotional for us! He was mixing the song in his room and managing his father’s final rights in the hall! I didn't tell production That’s the respect he shows for TIME, FANS and the common audience who love cinema Isn't @leon_james a gem

'Endi Vittu Pona' is receiving a cheering response from fans as Silambarasan's vocals made them recall vintage 'Loosu Penne' sung by the multi-talented star.
