Neha Harsora is currently seen in popular show Dhruv Tara. She has undoubtedly impressed the audience in her role of Tilotama, and now as her character comes to an end, Neha will be bidding adieu to the show. She opens up on her journey on the show, and also reveals what’s in store for her next.
Talking about her time on the show, Neha shares that it was a great experience playing her interesting character Tilotama, “I had a great time working in the show and as my character had two different sides; positive as well as negative it was a bit difficult for me to play.
Overall, It was a nice journey working with so many new people. It was a pleasure working with the channel and Shashi Sumeet for the first time.”
Neha notes that her role in Dhruv Tara put her in front of a new audience, she says, “This show gave me a new audience and lots of love from them. I never thought people would love me in a negative role too.”
The actress adds that the exit was not unexpected as the character was only meant to be part of the show for this given period. She says, “Goodbye was expected as it was a three to four-month track which they pitched to me, and I agreed to do it. I hope people will see and recognise me, and would now love to see more of my on-screen performances in future”
About how her character Tilotama exits the story, Neha shares, “My character was killed by Mahaveer as I was trying to kill Tara. I am going to miss my journey from Dasi to Maharani. I will miss playing someone who is crazy in love with someone and also the memories I made here. I am looking forward to working with the same cast in the future.”
Given the memorable experience, she can’t help but feel emotional, “I feel emotional as these three months were crazy for me. After meeting the whole cast, I felt connected with them within a month. It is sad for me because I won't break the bonds made, but for my personal growth I have to move forward as it is important.”
Neha is ready to work on herself and her acting, and is quite open to different genres, “I hope to do lead roles, and I'm going to wait for something great. It takes time and I will work on myself. I am also going to start with classical dance and maybe attend some workshops. The show I want to do next should give a social message or something, which is related to mythology and historical dramas.”
