Renowned filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan recently visited Archana Gautam’s newly purchased house in Mumbai. The actress, known for her journey in reality shows, proudly showcased her new home while sharing heartfelt moments with Farah. From discussions about family to traditional home-cooked meals, the visit was filled with warmth, laughter, and revelations.
Archana excitedly shared details about her new home, saying, “The interiors are yet to be finished. There are three balconies. I bought this house myself. Itna kaam kar liya yaha kam se kam ek toh Mumbai me ghar lu.” Farah, impressed by her achievement, expressed, “I am proud of you.”
With pink curtains, a cushioned bed, and spacious wardrobes, Archana’s room left Farah amazed. The cozy yet stylish setup reflected Archana’s personality, adding a personal touch to her home.
During the visit, Farah discovered that Archana’s brother, Gulshan, had been married for two and a half years. Archana candidly revealed that she initially had a strained relationship with her sister-in-law but now shares a better bond with her.
Farah playfully remarked, “There are some sisters who can’t tolerate their brother’s happiness. But she also takes care of you.” She further recalled, “It was great seeing you two in Bigg Boss,” bringing back memories of their time on the reality show.
Archana prepared a traditional meal for Farah, cooking sarson da saag and makki di roti. Farah appreciated the gesture, reminiscing, “This used to be my mother’s favorite.” She also praised Archana’s well-maintained kitchen.
Farah pointed out a unique feature of the kitchen—a jharokha that connects it to the passageway. Archana’s mother uses it to talk to her. Farah said, “I like how we are talking through the jharokha,” highlighting the thoughtful design of the home.
Archana recalled her fascination with Bollywood, sharing, “I used to think actors’ images in films were superimposed. Once I realized Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan exist for real, I wanted to work here. Now, I want to learn Marathi.”
