Tribeca Developers, the Indian partner of the Trump Organization has launched the country's first Trump-branded commercial real estate project on Wednesday, aiming for sales exceeding $289 million, according to news agency Reuters.
Over the past decade, India has become the largest market for the Trump brand's real estate ventures outside the United States.
Tribeca Developers has been instrumental in bringing Trump-branded residential projects to four Indian cities through licensing agreements with local developers.
The new office project, called "Trump World Centre," will be developed in collaboration with Kundan Spaces in Pune, a rapidly growing city in western India known for its thriving IT sector, with many global and local companies establishing offices there in recent years.
Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, revealed that the project is expected to be completed in approximately four years.
Mehta also shared plans for the company to launch an additional three to four Trump-branded luxury residential projects across northern and southern India within the next 4 to 6 weeks.
He projected that the total sales potential of both the new office development and the upcoming residential projects could reach up to $1.15 billion.
