BJP protests against DCM in Hubballi

Hubballi: The Hubballi-Dharwad district BJP staged a protest against deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar for his statement to change the Constitution, at Sangolli Rayanna Circle, Hubballi, on Tuesday.
MLA Mahesh Tenginakai led the protest and expressed his anger by shouting slogans against the state govt and DK Shivakumar. They demanded that the Congress take immediate action against DK Shivakumar, who made unconstitutional statements.
Speaking to the reporters, Tenginakai said DK Shivakumar spoke about giving reservation only for the purpose of appeasing minorities. "He stated that if there is any obstacle in giving reservation, he will change the Constitution and give reservation. He said that BJP strongly condemns this. BJP waged a symbolic struggle in 312 mandals today. Shivakumar should be dismissed from the cabinet," he demanded.
On the other hand, Congress minister Rajanna raised the issue of the CD in the House. Not only when senior ministers are afraid, but he also spoke about the CD of 48 MLAs. BJP demanded that this be handed over to the CBI and a complete investigation be carried out. Rahul Gandhi spoke a lot about the Constitution in the Lok Sabha session, holding a copy of the Constitution. Now DK Shivakumar made an anti-Constitutional statement. Rahul Gandhi should take action against him. He said that Congress president and Rahul Gandhi should clarify their opinion on this.
"PWD minister Satish Jarkiholi also said that many similar incidents took place. So the CD director and producer are in the Congress party. Therefore, this should come out. He demanded that this be handed over to the CBI," Tenginakai demanded.
