Renowned dalit writer and activist K K Kochu passes away at 76
Kochu was under treatment for cancer in the palliative care of the govt medical college hospital.
Kochu, a native of Kallara in the district, was a recipient of the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award for overall contributions in 2021. His autobiography 'Dalitan' was well noted.
