Jobs for kin of slain Magrahat youths

Kolkata: The Bengal cabinet on Monday decided to provide jobs to the families of two youths who were killed a week ago in South 24 Parganas’ Magrahat. Barun Chakraborty had been a civic volunteer and Moloy Makhal a trader. Their family members will be employed as civic volunteers. The state cabinet also decided to appoint 11,551 health workers on a contractual basis for various development work in rural areas.tnn
