Embrace tech to learn and grow: TVS CEO

Mysuru: Natarajan Srinivasan, chief executive officer of TVS Automobile Solutions, stated that it is great to use technology, but one should not limit oneself to just being a consumer. "Use it to learn and develop yourselves," he stated. Delivering the convocation address during the 30th annual convocation of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD) at the institute campus here on Saturday, he emphasised the importance of learning from mistakes.
Highlighting the importance of teamwork, he stated that teamwork means trust. "It is about how we trust each other, and that is very important. Emotional mutual respect is also crucial at all levels," he said.
Rajya Sabha member D Veerendra Heggade, who is also the Dharmadhikari of Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala and chairman of the governing board of SDMIMD, urged the graduates to take calculated risks, explore their abilities, and invest sincere efforts into self-awareness.
227 students of the batch 2023-2025 were awarded PGDM degrees on the occasion. Further, students who excelled in specialisation areas received the gold medals from the chief guest, Natarajan Srinivasan.
