NTPC Electron Quiz: IIT-Patna team wins regional round

Patna: Team of IIT-Patna, comprising Aryan Debad and Kirtan Jain, clinched the regional round of NTPC Electron Quiz-2025 that was held here on Tuesday.
Altogether 101 teams consisting of two participants each had participated in the quiz contest.
Teams of Aman Kumar and Shivani Kumari from Govt Engineering College (Vaishali) and of Chandragupta Institute of Management-Patna, comprising Bhaskar Raj and Ayush Anand, bagged second and third spots respectively in the competition.
The top three winning teams were awarded a cash prize of Rs 30,000, Rs 20,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively by Sudip Nag, regional executive director of the eastern region (NTPC). Consolation prizes were also awarded to all the participants of the final round.
The top three teams winning the regional round will participate in the semi-final and final rounds that are scheduled to be held on Feb 27 and 28 respectively.
The quiz started with an on-spot written round and concluded with the final audio-visual round that was conducted by quiz master, Gautam Bose.
