TS ECET 2025: Registration date extended; apply by April 23 without late fee

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has extended the TS ECET 2025 registration deadline to April 23, 2025, without late fee. The entrance exam is scheduled for May 12, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. Applicants can still register with a late fee until May 2, 2025. An application correction window will be open from April 28 to May 2, while hall tickets will be available from May 6, 2025.

TS ECET 2025 registration date: In a major relief for aspirants, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has extended the registration deadline for the Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) 2025. Candidates who were yet to complete their applications can now apply until April 23, 2025, without paying any late fee.
Earlier, the last date to apply without incurring a late fee was April 19, 2025. This extension allows eligible candidates additional time to register for the entrance exam via the official website — ecet.tsche.ac.in. The TS ECET 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on May 12, 2025.
Revised registration timeline and late fee details
Candidates now have until April 23, 2025, to submit their TS ECET 2025 applications without paying any additional charges. Those who miss this deadline can still apply with a late fee of INR 500 until April 26, 2025. A final extension with a late fee of INR 1,000 will be available up to May 2, 2025.
The registration fee for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Physically Handicapped (PH) categories is INR 500. For all other applicants, the fee is INR 900. Payments and application submissions must be completed through the official online portal.
Exam schedule and session details
The TS ECET 2025 will be conducted in a single shift on May 12, 2025. The examination will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. It will cover various streams, including Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering (CIV), Mechanical Engineering (MEC), Chemical Engineering (CHE), Mining Engineering (MIN), Metallurgical Engineering (MET), Pharmacy (PHM), and B.Sc. (Mathematics) (BSM).

Application edit window and hall ticket download
TSCHE has also provided an edit option for candidates who have already submitted their applications. Applicants will be able to make corrections between April 28, 2025 and May 2, 2025. It is advised that candidates double-check their entries during this period to avoid any discrepancies.
Hall tickets for the TS ECET 2025 will be available for download from May 6, 2025 onwards. Candidates must carry the printed hall ticket to the exam centre along with valid photo identification.
