Kusha Kapila and Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia announced their divorce in June 2023. This was at the time when Kusha had moved to Mumbai and she had turned into an actor from just being an influencer. Their statement had read, “Zorawar and I have mutually decided to part ways. This hasn't been an easy decision by any means but we know it's the right one at this point in our lives. The love and life we have shared together continue to mean everything to us, but sadly, what we seek currently for ourselves doesn't align. We gave it our all, until we couldn't anymore."
Kusha and Zorawar continue to remain friends and co-parent their pet maya together. However, now, Zorawar has revealed in his Instagram story that he’s going through a tough time and is feeling weak, physically and mentally. He also added that it has more to do with his financial struggles. He said, “Since the last week, I was physically and mentally feeling very weak, and I understood that some days in our lives will be good, some ok ones and then definitely some really bad ones. But after speaking to my family, friends and loved ones, I learnt that it is All ok to feel like this. This is a graph of life, sometimes up and sometimes down."
However, he isn’t feeling negative at all. He looked quite positive as he said he will for sure bounce back. He added, “Honestly, I wanna say this out loud: I have been struggling financially, which has been giving me a lot of stress and gives a sense of feeling that I am not where I thought I would be. I know things will get better coz they always do. And let me quote myself, 'My track record has been pretty good in bouncing back each time I've fallen down.' I come from that bloodline. I descend from a clan of warriors, and my name is Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia who has never given up, and it seems like he will never do."
Zorawar also wrote another wrote a day later, about the kind of love and support which he got after he shared about his struggles. He expressed gratitude to everyone for supporting him and showing so much love.
