The music department will be headed by Nilanjan Ghosh.
‘Rhododendron’ has a stellar cast including Anindita Basu, Mainak Banerjee, Paayel Sarkar, Rajesh Sharma, Pujarini Ghosh and others in pivotal roles. The release date hasn’t yet been finalised.
While speaking about his latest film’s subject, the director reportedly revealed despite being a beautiful flower found in the hillside, Rhododendron is also used in making poison for killing animals. The same theme has been used in this film’s narrative. Argha Deep reportedly added that people will be looking for clues but the climax will be something unexpected.
The psychological thriller deals with the subject of 'danger behind beauty' with three different stories interlinked by a mansion "Rhododendron Villa" in the hills.
