According to reports, Ritwick Chakraborty’s role as a journalist is said to be the USP of the film. The character he is essaying forms a key element in the narrative.
The director sends a strong message to the society through the eyes of rebel journalist. Against all odds, Ritwick’s character stands beside the lead character Arunima is playing.
Apart from playing the on-screen husband of Arunima, Parambrata is also working as a creative director in Supriya Sen’s directorial debut. While speaking about her upcoming film, the director said even today birth of a boy is celebrated while the birth of a girl is repented. It has become a social curse. This film aims to spread a message against the slaughtering of a girl child in our society.
