While shooting for Shob Choritro Kalponik, Rituparno Ghosh had himself put chandan on Bipasha Basu���s forehead for the bridal look. That is the look Prosenjit Chatterjee was reminded of when he saw the actress as a bride on her wedding. Prosenjit, who was her co-star in the film, made it a point to be present for the big Bollywood wedding of Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover that had the country hooked.

���With Bipasha, I acted in Sob Charitro Kalponik and with Karan, I just completed shooting 3 Dev. I planned my schedule in advance, so that I could attend their wedding. Bipasha was ecstatic to see me as I had not promised to come. She kept telling me, ���Baba-Ma khub khushi hoeche tumi eshocho, Bumbada. Kolkata-r kauke dekhle mon ta bhalo lage.��� The two of them rocked as a couple. Her mother mentioned how they loved her Kone Saaj in Shob Choritro Kalponik. I told Bipasha that I have that photo of her, framed and hanging in my home,��� said Prosenjit.
The actor, who reached around midnight and stayed on till 2 in the morning was all praise for the couple���s hospitality. ���The food spread was lavish, but I only had pasta and salad,��� he added. From what we hear, he met Shah Rukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, Tabu and lot of other friends too.
