Singer Kaushik Chakraborty is really busy these days. Reason? He is utilising this time making four music projects. The singer said that the first project he started during lockdown was a single with his band Prithibi. The song, Char Dewaler Shohor, is based on the lockdown. “All the members of the band recorded music at their homes and sent me. Then, I edited and compiled those tracks to make a complete song," the singer explained.
In another project, Kashuk joined hands with his four-year-old son, Kanishka, to make a single as a tribute to Satyajit Ray and
Rabindranath Tagore. In the project, Kanishka has recited a poem by Tagore, while
Kaushik sang Kemon Banshi Bajay Shono. "This is a unique project and very special to me because my son worked with me,” Kaushik said, adding that he completed the project, including the shoot, single handedly. There are two more projects in the pipeline.
