Actor Pawan Singh and filmmaker Mukesh Gupta reunite for Bhojpuri film ‘Raja’

Filmmaker Mukesh Gupta and Pawan Singh, who previously worked together in the Bhojpuri film ‘Ziddi’, are all set for their second collaboration- ‘Raja’.
In the film, Pawan Singh will play a role of a superintendent for the first time ever on-screen. Interestingly, he has been paired with not just one but two actresses- Preeti Vishwas and Deeksha Kushwaha.
Along with the lead trio, the audience will also see several famous Bhojpuri actors such as Mukesh Gupta, Jai Singh, Sanjay Verma, Sonia Mishra, Sahil Khan, Surya Dwivedi, Rajiv Gupta, Chhaya Rathod and Jyoti Mishra in the film.
Currently, the film is being shot in Ranchi, Jharkhand and it is touted to be a complete family drama entertainer. Pawan Singh rose to fame after lending his voice to the song ‘Lollypop Lagelu’. He released his first Bhojpuri music album in 1997 titled ‘Odhaniya Wali’.
