Amy Adams, known for portraying loving and soft spoken characters onscreen, found it difficult to play a badass in The Fighter.Amy Adams had to pay the price for being the ‘good girl’ on and off –screen. As a result, the actress just couldn’t come up with varied cuss words, each time she had to abuse in her latest film ‘The Fighter’, as she plays a badass in it.
In the film Fighter, Oscar nominee Amy Adams plays
Mark Wahlberg’s love interest. Her character, Charlene Fleming has a mouth of her own and abuses a lot.
Apparently, Amy found it very difficult to play the role. Not because she was finding it difficult to abuse but because she could not come up with a new cuss words every time she had to shoot! Her character being quite the little badass, a far cry from previous characters that she's played before she had to ask for the film unit’s to help her out. They too were more than happy to suggest her new cuss words every time she would look for help!
Amy revealed, “My character has quite a mouth of her own. After a point, I started finding it difficult to come up with any new words and my director David kept on telling me that I need to do more. After a point, people on the sets started suggesting me new words and I enjoyed it.”
Now this goes for Amy’s fans, paparazzi and all...better behave well with Amy for she might use all her training on you!
