“As I had to go for an rally, I went to the polling booth and cast my vote in the morning. I never miss voting. Elections are essential for democracy and our votes matter a lot. So, it’s important that we choose the right persons to lead us is important. Shouting later won’t help much. I hope people will cast their votes in the last phase on April 29,” Anu said.

Similarly, actor Sabyasachi Mishra, who stays in Khandagiri, went to the polling booth at Aiginia near his house in the afternoon. “Since it was hot outside, I didn’t go out in the first half, I went around 5.30 to cast my vote and it was a good experience to meet people and young kids who were working as volunteers there. It’s our right and I feel every Indian should take part in this process actively and enthusiastically,” the actor said.
