To celebrate the 59th week of Dadar beach cleanup & support #SwachhtaHiSeva actress Digangana Suryavanshi joined hands with Beach warriors leaded by Chinu Kwatra. The morning was spent in cleaning and creating an awareness on #MeraKachraMeriZimmedari - the quote started by Chinu Kwatra to change the mindset of people.
Digangana’s parents too joined in the cleanup activity and extended their support.

Born and bought up in Mumbai, Digangana said she was unaware about the beach in Dadar and was surprised to see the beauty of the beach. She also motivated the team and urged people to stop littering.

Beach warriors who are cleaning the Dadar beach behind Kirti college since last 13 months had planned cleanups during the Ganesh festival and post visarjan too. In this aggressive cleanup, team has removed almost 200 tonnes in a 7days of cleanup while in last 13 months the team has removed 700+ tonnes of garbage.
