What aspect of Aamir Khan's Mahabharat are you most looking forward to?

Though it’s still undecided whether he will act in the films, he assured, “We’ll see who we should cast based on who’s appropriate for which part.”

Khan, also addressed speculation whether he would direct the epic himself, and suggested that the sheer scale of the Mahabharat demands a broader vision. “I don't think you can tell the Mahabharat in one film, so it will be multiple films. I am looking at the large scale.” he explained, noting that as the narrative will unfold across multiple instalments, he added, "It's too early to say, but we may need multiple directors."
Aamir has been working on the idea of the ambitious film for several years. Back in 2018 it was reported that the actor walked out of Rakesh Sharma biopic so he could work on the film that was rumoured to be mounted on a budget of Rs 1000 crore.
Later, in 2022, when asked for an update on the dream project, Aamir told Galatta Plus, “When you are making a film on Mahabharata, you are not just making a film. You are performing a yagya. It is not just a film, it is much more. And, that is why I am not ready for it yet."
