Arjun Rampal to become skinny to play Arun Gawli

Arjun Rampal will have to let go of his washboard abs to play gangster-turned-politician Arun Gawli.

Arjun reveals, “I will have to lose weight as Arun is skinny. The film starts in the ’70s and traces his life to the present. We start shooting in April.” Speaking about his weight loss plan to tackle this role, he adds, “A complete physical transformation excites me.Weight fluctuation is a worrying factor, but if you’re doing something that’s based on somebody’s life, it’s nice that people look at you and think of that person.”
