Jackie Shroff, Varsha Usgaonkar and Sachin Pilgaonkar spotted at Viju Khote's prayer meet

The prayer meet of veteran actor Viju Khote, who passed away on September 30, was attended by the who's who of showbiz. Paying their last respects at the meet included Jackie Shroff, Sachin Pilgaonkar, Varsha Usgaonkar, Satish Shah, Shreyas Talpade among his many co-stars from the film and television world.
Known for his numerous comedy roles, Khote became popular as 'Kaalia' from the film 'Sholay'.He is associated with the Khote family, which includes sister, actress Shubha Khote and father, stage actor Nandu Khote whose sister-in-law was actress Durga Khote,
Bollywood celebs, who paid tribute to the veteran actor on social media, includes Rishi Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit Nene and Ajay Devgn. Rishi Kapoor wrote : "RIP. Viju Khote. Dear friend over the years. Though much elder,we used to bike together along with sister Shobha Khote ji,when I was young. Passionate and well informed about American films. We will miss you Viju kutte aahe?"
Ajay Devgn wrote, "Actors like Viju Khote were institutions by themselves. Their large body of work will always be remembered. I’m fortunate to have worked with him on quite a few films. RIP Sir. My heartfelt condolences to the family." Suniel Shetty wrote, "Will miss you Viju ji... Rest in peace." Madhuri Dixit wrote, "Sad to hear about the demise of #VijuKhote Ji.
