Jaideep Ahlawat says 'Ranbir Kapoor mesmerised me, Alia Bhatt puts in a lot of effort, and Kareena Kapoor is ready to learn' as he talks about working with them

Jaideep Ahlawat, who gained attention for his negative role in Khatta Meetha (2010), has been in the industry for over 15 years. He has worked with the Kapoor family, appearing in Rockstar with Ranbir, Raazi with Alia Bhatt, and Jaane Jaan with Kareena Kapoor.
In a recent interview with ANI, Jaideep reflected on his experience working with the Kapoor family, particularly Ranbir Kapoor, who impressed him throughout. He recalled having a small role alongside Ranbir in Rockstar and working with him for about four days. He admired Ranbir’s dedication, noting his focused approach and strong awareness of his craft.


Ahlawat also praised Kareena Kapoor, who is known for her fashion and glamour. He mentioned that working with her was a fresh experience, as she always came well-prepared on set.
Teh actor further shared that he never saw Kareena Kapoor rehearsing on set, as she always came fully prepared. He admired how she knew exactly when and how to act, and remained open to suggestions. Despite her long-standing stardom, he noticed her curiosity and eagerness to learn new things.

Jaideep also spoke about working with Alia Bhatt in Raazi, where he portrayed the agent who trained her to be a spy. He praised Alia for her thorough preparation, noting the effort and dedication she put into her role for the film.
Jaideep concluded by stating that anyone who is doing well today has put in hard work. He emphasized that they gain experience with each project, always come prepared, and remain open to changes.
