'Newton' starring
Rajkummar Rao and 'Rukh' featuring

Both the projects are backed by Drishyam Films.
'Newton', is the second feature of Amit V Masurkar (of 'Sulemani Keeda' fame) and was part of the Co-Production Market (CPM) at Film Bazaar last year.
The movie is about a rookie clerk on election duty in a conflict-ridden jungle of Central India, who tries his best to conduct free and fair voting despite the apathy of security forces.
While, Atanu Mukherjee's debut feature 'Rukh' is about the journey of a boy rediscovering his lost connections and familial ties, through the secrets and memories he must confront on his way. The movie is inspired by Japanese filmmaker
Akira Kurosawa's thriller film 'Rashomon'.
"We are very excited to present the next set of films under the Drishyam banner at Film Bazaar 2016. 'Newton' and 'Rukh' stand true to our vision of content-driven cinema that is sure to resonate with audiences not just in India but across the world," said producer Manish Mundra.
