Rishi Kapoor shares a rare photo of grandfather Prithviraj Kapoor and ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ cast with Italian filmmaker Roberto Rossellini

Bollywood legend Rishi Kapoor took fans down memory lane when he shared a rare and unseen photo of his granddad, Prithviraj Kapoor, with Italian filmmaker Roberto Rossellini, on the sets of ‘Mughal-e-Azam’.
The photo saw the star-cast posing together in full costume with the filmmaker, whose work has reportedly influenced the likes of Oscar-nominated American director Martin Scorsese.
The veteran actor posted the click and shared a little trivia to go with it. "For the film "Mughal-e-Azam" aficionados. A rare off the shoot picture with the acclaimed Italian director Roberto Rossellini with Mr K. Asif and his actors (Sic)," he captioned the photo.

The picture features, Madhubala (dressed as Anarkali), Dilip Kumar (as Prince Saleem), Prithviraj Kapoor (as Emperor Akbar), Murad (as Raja Maansingh) and director K. Asif can be seen posing with Italian director Roberto Rossellini.
Rishi, who made headlines after he revealed he was seeking treatment for Cancer in New York, lost his elder sister Ritu Nanda last week after a long battle with the big C. Nanda passed away at the age of 71.
On the work front, the actor will be seen next in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's ‘Toofan’, starring Farhan Akhtar in the lead as a boxer. He was last seen in the Emraan Hashmi-starrer ‘Body’ which failed to make its mark at the box office.
