Shriya Pilgaonkar undergoes training in sign language

Shriya Pilgaonkar has learnt sign language as part of her training for her upcoming film. The actress, who made her Bollywood debut as Shah Rukh Khan's love interest in Fan, says, 'I have always loved languages; I have studied basic French and Japanese too. Learning sign language has always been on my bucket list and I am so happy I got the opportunity to learn it. I loved Rani Mukerji's performance in 'Black' and I was really excited about learning sign language from the same person who trained her.'
'Sangeeta's journey is inspiring.She is a fantastic teacher and I hope to continue learning from her,' she adds. Gala has also trained other actors such as Hrithik Roshan for his role as Ethan in the film 'Guzaarish' (2010) and Ranbir Kapoor for his lead role in film 'Barfi!' (2012).
