How important is having a fitness regime for you?

Currently, it is extremely important to me. I think if anything the consistency of everyday physical activity is extremely important. At the beginning of my career, I would find it hard to navigate around the hectic work and shoot schedules. But I’ve realised the importance of just being consistent with fitness. Some days it’s just cardio, some days it’s gymnastics, some days it’s basketball on other days it’s dance. The type of work out keeps changing. But it remains consistent.
What form of physical exercise do you prefer - yoga or gym?

Its got to be dance and the gym for me. I haven’t gotten into yoga yet.
How would you describe your fitness goal?


I think of fitness more as a journey rather than a goal. My goal is to be consistent on the journey.
What fitness advice would you give to your fans and followers?


Consistency. Even a bad workout is better than no workout. Start small. But keep it consistent.
