The feeling of shooting in one’s hometown is a different one, says Aseem Ali Khan

Bollywood actor Aseem Ali Khan who has been a part of projects like Dus, Page 16 and Sridevi Bungalow is currently shooting in Bhopal for the movie Shukr Dosh. Directed by Annup Thapa, this movie has actors like Kanchi Singh, Grusha Kapoor, Godaan Kumar and Rakesh Bedi. The cast is shooting at various places in Bhopal and the happiness of actor Aseem Ali Khan knows no bounds because he is shooting in his hometown Bhopal.
“The feeling of shooting in one’s hometown is a different one altogether. I feel I am at home and I am comfortable. I am playing the role of a Bollywood actor only in the film and there is a married girl who is madly in love with me. It is wonderful shooting here since these are the places I have grown up in,” shares Aseem.
Aseem is doing a cameo in the film and opposite her is Mugdha Godse. We asked him about shooting with the senior actress and he answered, “Even though she is a prominent face of the industry, she is a very down to earth person. I didn’t expect it would be such fun shooting with her. She made me comfortable on the sets too and even gave me so much advice related to work.”
They shot at the Sarvadharam area in Kolar and at the Boat Club Road near the upper lake.
This is a special movie for Aseem since he would be sharing the screen with his brother Ameen Ali Khan who is a Sarod player.
“I am not at all nervous that he too would be in the film. But instead, it is a moment of pride for all of us and our family. It would be something memorable as the two of us would be on the same project and we will remember it always. I think it would be fun and challenging,” he signs off.
