Vidya Balan's first look as Shakuntala Devi out, the 'Mission Mangal' actress is a spitting image of the math wizard

Much has been said and written about 'Mission Mangal' actress Vidya Balan's forthcoming biopic based on the life of Math expert Shakuntala Devi and days after Vidya's look from her look test went viral, the makers have unveiled the first look of the actress as Shakuntala Devi and we must say Vidya is spitting image of the ace personality.

In the first look, we can see Vidya flaunting a short bob and a saree.With that confidence on her face, Balan is already a winner.
Reportedly, the film's shoot finally starts in London today. It is also reported that Vidya waited for four months after signing the film to actually get into the skin of the character and familiarise Devi and her craft. Moreover, as Shakuntala Devi was a mathematician master, Balan also learnt about her skills that earned her the title of Human Computer'. Her wicked sense of humour made her popular and loved among her peers.

For the uninitiated, Shakuntala Devi's genius was first discovered at the age of five when she apparently solved a mathematical problem designed for 18-year-old students. The film is directed by Anu Menon, who has also co-written the screenplay.
